Point the dashboard at the Google Sheet collecting your daily evaluation form responses. It loads automatically every time you open the page. You can also paste a different sheet URL or upload a CSV.
Add your residents with their training levels and rotation schedules. The dashboard uses this to group evaluations, map quiz scores to the right rotation, and flag residents with few or no evaluations.
The All Residents view shows every resident's evaluation count and average score at a glance. Filter by month, sort by score, and spot anyone flagged for low or missing evaluations.
Each resident's profile shows KPI cards, score trends, evaluator comments, and a full 27-criteria ITER breakdown. Daily scores are automatically mapped to the ITER scale. Override any score where your clinical judgement says otherwise.
Once you've reviewed a resident's ITER, choose how to submit it:
Upload your ITER PDF, pick a rating, and download it filled.
Click the bookmarklet on the open Mumaris+ form to fill all 27 fields.
Export a month's ITER scores for all residents as one CSV.
Daily evaluations in, monthly ITER out.
You review everything before it's final.
